FAQ
Will this arrow rest fit my bow?
The 360 Ultimate Rest is made to fit where a Whisker Biscuit Rest can go. This rest works on all major brands of bows, including: Matthews, Hoyt, PSE, BowTech, Oneida, Martin, Cabela's, Basspro, and Bear. I have not tried Prime yet, but it looks like it should fit it too. The only thing to watch for is that some manufactures are getting their timing cable systems close to the arrow rest because the closer to the middle of the bow the less cam lean bow a will have.
Will my arrow fit in this bow rest?
This rest can be adjusted for the smallest PC arrow to the very largest aluminum arrow. The 360 Ultimate Rest comes preset for wrapped carbon arrow spec's which is 0.246" of an inch or roughly a 1/4".
Will my vanes go through this arrow rest?
The 360 Ultimate Rest is designed to shoot three vanes with 120° separations that will complete a pass through, without the vanes touching the support arms. Note: the flu flu arrows are too tall to fit.
Will my broad heads work with this arrow rest?
Any broad head will work in this rest. Two and three blade broad heads can be loaded from the back or the front. If your broad heads have more blades, you will have to load the arrow rest from the front.
Is there a lot of maintenance with this arrow rest?
There is very little maintenance to this rest. Use a light mineral oil on the support wheel bushings and you will probably never wear out the wheels. O-rings are also a wear item that can require replacement (see "Do the O-rings wear out and how long will they last").
Do the O-rings wear out and how long will they last?
Yes, the o-rings are a wear item and will wear out over time. Depending on how much you shoot, the o-rings can last anywhere from 2 to 5 years or more. The o-rings I have installed are weather resistant and are size P9. You can purchase them at a local auto parts store for a few pennies or through us.
Where do I set my nock on the string?
For the best shot using the 360 Ultimate Rest, the nock center should be set dead center.
What tools do I need to install this arrow rest?
All the tools to adjust the rest are provided with your purchase. However, to do a good bench tune and to avoid problems, you should also have a combination square, bow square, center shot tool, and nocking pliers.
Will this arrow rest make my bow shot faster or slower?
Slower. A little bit of the arrows energy has to roll on the wheels, so you will experience a 1 to 2 fps loss on a 70 pound bow.
